Dozier is the Founder/CEO of Choose To Do Inc. a non-profit she started because of her experience as an educator, caregiver, and with her own personal growth and development. The organization helps build confidence and esteem for underserved black youth 12-17 years old in addition to helping them embrace healthy mental development by introducing them to applicable skills and resources that foster socio-emotional well-being.
